The license of the Curacao Gaming Commission is valid in several dozens of countries. Among them, it allows the company to operate legally in India. But it is forbidden to accept bets on the territory of Curacao, the Netherlands, France, Australia and the Dutch West Indies. These countries are included in the list of excluded countries.

If you notice that a company violates this rule and operates in a prohibited country, you can report it to the Curaçao Gaming Commission. We will conduct an investigation. If the violation is confirmed, the company may be fined or lose its license. Before filing a complaint, please check if the company is operating in the excluded country under a different license.

The Curaçao Gaming Commission and its representatives are not responsible for actions taken by the management of a licensed company. We do not own or operate the brands. We have no financial interest in the operation of such sites.
